Club SY21 Rules

  • SY21 facilities are for residents only who have completed an induction with the gym manager. Inductions are held at the gym on Wednesday between 6:00pm – 7:30pm, Saturday from 9:00am – 10:30am. Inductions are on a per person basis, not per apartment and are mandatory for access to be granted to Club SY21. This is an OH&S and insurance requirement and must take place before swipe access will be granted.
  • All users of the gym and pool area do so at their own risk. Please be respectful to all Club SY21 users.
  • Children under the age of 12-years must be under adult supervision at all times and are not permitted to use the gym equipment at any time.
  • Guests are not permitted to use the gym equipment at any time.
  • Guests are to be accompanied by a resident in the swimming pool area.
  • Glass objects, food or alcohol are not permitted in the swimming pool or gym areas at any time.
  • Any personal training is for residents only. All gym equipment remains the property of SY21 and must NOT be moved off the gym premises. All equipment must be wiped clean and put away after use. Please ensure that all TVs and fans are switched off after use.
  • Club SY21 including the gym and swimming pool areas are strictly no smoking areas.
  • A proprietor or occupier of a lot must not nor permit the regulations as stipulated from time-to-time by the Owners Corporation to be breached in respect of the use of the swimming pool, gymnasium and surrounding designated areas.
  • A proprietor or occupier of a lot must ensure that when in the gym that they wear appropriate clothing at all times and suitable foot wear. All equipment must be used with a towel and wiped down after use. No wet swimming gear to be worn in the gymnasium area.
  • A breach of these rules will result in suspension to these areas at the discretion of the Owners Corporation
